Saket Gokhale tweeted:Have sought sanction of Hon'ble Attorney General for India to initiate criminal contempt of court proceedings against BJP mouthpiece OpIndia & its Nupur J Sharma for grossly insulting the Supreme Court.

I'd normally not do this "law student" stuff but a message needs to be sent.

Sreejith Ravi, a Malayalam actor, was detained for reportedly flashing young girls in public.

The son of well-known veteran actor TG Ravi, the Malayalam actor Sreejith Ravi , was detained for reportedly flashing young schoolgirls. He was detained in accordance with Section 11 of the POCSO Act, which protects children from sexual offences. The alleged event allegedly occurred on June 4 in the Thrissur district, according to reports. According to police allegations, Sreejith Ravi was driving when he noticed two young girls passing by and got out of the car to flaunt his genitalia. Police looked into the event based on his car after the minor girls' parents reported the incident. Sreejith was detained by the police, and during the course of the investigation, he admitted that he had evidently been receiving treatment for his behavioural issue. Sreejith Ravi had already been detained for performing lewd acts. The actor was reportedly detained for the same offence in 2016. Customers who are dissatisfied can report to the National Consumer Helpline by dialling 1915, using the NCH mobile app, or going to the e-daakhil webpage. On Monday, the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) forbade hotels and restaurants from automatically or by default including a service charge in the food bill. It stated that in the event of a violation, a customer may request that a hotel or restaurant remove the service charge or may file a complaint to obtain compensation. According to the CCPA's standards, service charges cannot be included in the food bill voluntarily or automatically by hotels or restaurants. No service charge shall be collected under any other name, according to a statement from the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution.
