  HISTORY OF MOBILE PHONES: Early Development: The origins of mobile phones can be traced back to the early 20th century, with the development of radio communication. In 1947, Bell Labs proposed a cellular network to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with the idea of using low-powered transmitters, called cells, to cover a larger area, allowing more efficient use of radio frequencies and multiple users to access the same frequency without interference. However, technological limitations at the time meant that this idea remained on hold until the 1970s. In 1973, Motorola engineer Martin Cooper made the first mobile phone call using a prototype device that weighed over two and a half pounds. The call was made to Joel Engel, the head of research at rival company AT&T Bell Labs. The son of well-known veteran actor TG Ravi, the Malayalam actor Sreejith Ravi , was detained for reportedly flashing young schoolgirls. He was detained in accordance with Section 11 of the POCSO Act, which protects children from sexual offences. The alleged event allegedly occurred on June 4 in the Thrissur district, according to reports. According to police allegations, Sreejith Ravi was driving when he noticed two young girls passing by and got out of the car to flaunt his genitalia. Police looked into the event based on his car after the minor girls' parents reported the incident. Sreejith was detained by the police, and during the course of the investigation, he admitted that he had evidently been receiving treatment for his behavioural issue. Rohit Ranjan of Zee News was detained for airing a "doctored video" of Rahul Gandhi.

On Tuesday, July 5, the Noida Police detained Zee News presenter Rohit Ranjan in Ghaziabad after the channel aired reportedly false clips against Congressman Rahul Gandhi.At the Noida Sector-20 police station, a case had been made against Ranjan. The Chhattisgarh Police had sent a team earlier in the day to arrest Ranjan at his home in the Indirapuram neighbourhood of Ghaziabad. Ranjan has been charged with violating several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including Section 153-A (Promoting Enmity on Grounds of Religion or Race), Section 295-A (Malicious Acts Intent to Hurt Religious Beliefs), Section 504 (Intentional Insult), and Section 505 (1)(b) [Intent to Cause Fear or Alarm to Public] as a result of a complaint made by Congress MLA Devendra Yadav.

On Monday, the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) forbade hotels and restaurants from automatically or by default including a service charge in the food bill. It stated that in the event of a violation, a customer may request that a hotel or restaurant remove the service charge or may file a complaint to obtain compensation. According to the CCPA's standards, service charges cannot be included in the food bill voluntarily or automatically by hotels or restaurants. No service charge shall be collected under any other name, according to a statement from the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution. The report further says No temple was existed on the plot where Taj Mahal is situated. After threatening to attack an actress with a "khanjar," Mumbai Police detained Mahhi Vij's cook, Jay Bhanushali.

An official has announced that the Mumbai Police have detained the temporary cook who allegedly threatened to stab the actress and her daughter Tara with a "khanjar" while working for celebrity couple Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij. The cook, identified as Santosh Yadav, was detained on Wednesday night in Nehru Nagar, Juhu. He was the subject of a complaint from Jay and Mahhi.
